Per our notes - let's rename StrLib to StringLib. And, as discussed, let's not change the name of StrLib in "eglx.rbd" (for compatibility with RBD).

Also, we should take this opportunity to rename other libraries under eglx.lang if a rename is warranted. For example, do we still have a "J2EELib"? If so, we should either generalize the name (e.g. "WebLibrary") (preferred) or at least change to "JEELib". We can still provide "compatibility libraries" under eglx.rbd (and retain the old names / APIs).

Marking as CRITICAL since this is something we want to do before we ship.

I have changed eglx.lang.StrLib to eglx.lang.StringLib, but made no other changes.
