Based on the existing tests for Data Partitioning, added an element collection in the Employee entity to utilize PinnedPartitioning policy. 

This is tested with PartitionedTestSuite and PartitionedXMLTestSuite. Looks like element <pinned-partitioning> is not supported in the orm.xml yet.

Adjusted the order of the <pinned-partitioning> element, now the tests in PartitionedXMLTestSuite passed.
