Image for the external builders is missing

In the Wiki the image is embedded as [[Image:mylar-resource-exclusion.gif]] but the image that is in the images is named Mylar-resource-exclusion.gif.

Reopening since we should actually fix this for 3.6.2 and update the user guide.

Thanks. That portion of the build-helper.xml file looks commented out and I am not sure how the patch would make a difference. I have copied the version from the 3_7_m_3_6_x branch instead which seems to be working when run from a local workspace.
