When I add or remove a resource to/from a BIRT report, the XML is updated but the lists in the form isn't.

1. Select the rptdesign in the outline
2. Select the "Resources" tab in the properties view
3. Add/remove a resource

The operation will happen but the list view in the properties tab doesn't reflect the new state.

This problem has been resolved in the latest build 3.7.2.
