Although both Java and JS gen both have a rudimentary implementation, it lacks the following:
* semantics of both Property annotations as documented in the online help, specifically, that if neither getter nor setter are specified then they should be assumed to exist according to the usual conventions;  if one is specified, then the other should NOT be used.
* proper implementation of the rules for when to use getters and setters
