The "generation reports" feature produces invalid HTML when the generated source contains HTML delimiters and other special characters.

I've looked around it in the EDT codebase and couldn't find any existing logic to escape HTML, so I've written my own rudimentary version.  It's incomplete, but it should be enough for now and any further escaping can be easily added.
