It has crashed. Don't know what I have done. Might be the same issue as https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=355666 but this time I wasn't coding but simply moving my mouse (no editors open) to a view (after a perspective switch). Still, the mouse move might have triggered a browser widget based popup
