Create a new function with input parameter, wake up Constant Assist inside the function, the input parameter can not be prompted

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new function with input parameter such as 'input String'
2.type: "temp String = " in the function
3.Wake up Constant Assist behind "="
4.input can not be prompted

This issue should be an enhancement, because RBD has the same problem currently

This function does not contain in RBD. So this is not defect.

This is a very useful feature. I'd like to have this if it can be done in this iteration.
