Create a new DataItem and wake up Constant Assist in the {} for prompting the properties of the DataItem, But there is nothing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an EGL program
2.Create a DataItem
3.Wake up Constant Assist in the {}
4.No Default Proposals
