When the 'Project Explorer' link is hovered over, no tooltip appears. For other views, all the 'See also:' links seems to have a tooltip.
Francis, do you think our help is missing some strings here? The tooltip shows the name of the book in which the context help topic is found. The reason there is no tooltip for "Project Explorer" is that the topic href, /org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/reference/ref-73.htm is not in any of the books in the help system. This is perfectly legal but I do not know whether it is by accident or by design. I also notice that there are two somewhat similar help pages which describe the Project Explorer, http://127.0.0.1:57920/help/ntopic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/concepts/cnav.htm and /org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/reference/ref-73.htm, one of which is used for context help and one of which appears in the table of contents.
