To lower maintenance and testing overhead I propose that we stop support for unmaintained repository versions. This would leave support for these versions:

* Bugzilla 3.4.12, 3.6.6, 4.0.2
* Trac 0.11.7, 0.12.2
* Hudson 2.1.0
* Jenkins 1.427
* Gerrit 2.2.1

Active testing of the following version would be discontinued:

* Bugzilla 3.0, 3.2
* Trac 0.10
* Hudson/Jenkins 1.367
* Gerrit 2.1.5

+1 for drop support of old versions.

For Bugzilla we have 
* 19 places where we ask for Version 3.2
* 10 places where we ask for Version 3.0
* 3 places where we ask for Version 2.22
* 20 places where we ask for Version 2.18

we can clean the code in all cases.
