The "Vertical Collaboration" OMG DI example, from http://www.omg.org/spec/BPMN/2.0/examples/ZIP/, is not displayed correctly.

The lanes are horizontal instead of vertical, and the send task is missing.

The vertical collaboration diagram now renders properly, but automatic layout of pools and lanes still needs work.
