Need to fill in the EDT Support page (http://www.eclipse.org/edt/support/)

Ideas:
- link to user forum
- link to documentation
- link to Bugzilla (create new bug / all open bugs query)

Instructions should help guide new users in how to get "support" for the IDE.

changed from a critical defect to a Priority 1 enhancement, as this is not a code defect.

Theresa, I changed the target milestone to 0.8.0 I3 because the target had been 0.7.0.  Maybe you just need to resolve this.  I see that the support page exists and it has the content you listed below except a link to the documentation page.
