Nothing happens when I try to create a new web project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File>New>EGL Project.
2.Give it a name. Next.
3.Select Web Client Project. Next.
4.Nothing happens.
5.Same with Web Client with Service Project.

Change build.properties of org.eclipse.edt.ide.rui plugin

Seems like org.eclipse.edt.ide.rui is not correctly built. Modify its build.properties file.
