A new version of ICU4J has been released and we should update to it once it has been approved for use.

The main ICU bundle is released in CVS under the parallel IP processing rules and included the latest Orbit milestone build. We should receive the ICU base replacement JAR on Sept 2 and will include it in Orbit at that time.

Test 3.7.x build was successful.  Do you want this bundle released to 3.8 stream builds as well?

Yes please. It also needs to be in 4.1.1 and 4.2.

patch released to HEAD. 

The 4.2 and 4.1.1 builds consume the 3.8 and 3.7.1 builds respectively. So when they consume our next builds, the new version of ICU should be included in them.

We need to revert this change as the bug with the corresponding change had to be moved to 3.7.2.

Kim, can you update the map file and Javadoc options and do a rebuild?

I've reverted the fix and have started a build.

I verified that the ICU bundle got reverted for 3.7.1.
Moving target for this bug to 3.7.1.

This was fixed a while ago.
