Proposed patch, which adds a test subproject in gemini management

Currently there is no subproject for tests in the gemini management project.
The proposed patch adds such a subproject to the pom.xml of the build subproject of gemini management. The zip attachment contains the subproject itself. 

The patch contains also the changes in the pom.xml, made for the patch for bug 355376.

The test subproject

A subproject of gemini management for submitting tests in. Currently it contains tests for one class - org.eclipse.gemini.mgmt.framework.CustomBundleStateMBean.
