I'm using the 4.2milestones repository.

The org.eclipse.rcp version 4.1.0.v20110303-92CWFqiFmC9z-qgz-Z7HZvARhVIl includes the fragments:

 org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.carbon.macosx
 org.eclipse.swt.carbon.macosx
 org.eclipse.ui.carbon

but none of them can be found in the repository.

Carbon has been removed from the 3.8 builds but this change has not been reflected in the feature for the 4.2 builds. I'll attach a patch.
