For the bugfix release we need to update the version in the manifest, pom and feature files to 1.1.1.x

I submitted change 1175 and updated all version numbers to 1.1.1.qualifier.
@Andrew: in the o.e.mat.ibmdumps plugin there is a .api_filters file. The search revealed to me that it contains still some strings with 1.1.0. I don't know what this file is for. Could you please have a look at it, and if necessary correct the version numbers inside (or tell me to correct them).

I don't think we need to change the .api_filters file for o.e.mat.ibmdumps
