There are no borders for all types: DEFAULT, OPTIONAL AND REQUIRED
Comment 3 Ben Cox CLA 2013-09-16 12:29:48 EDT
I've pushed a fix for this to Gerrit.
Comment 4 Curtis Windatt CLA 2013-09-16 15:11:59 EDT
If this has been tested on a variety of platforms the fix can be put in for M3, but I do not have the time to test on more than just Win7 and perhaps Ubuntu linux.
Comment 5 Ben Cox CLA 2013-09-16 17:48:23 EDT
I've tested it on the following:
 - Ubuntu 13.04 (GTK + Unity)
 - Windows 7 (without Aero - accessing through a VM)
 - Windows 8

I don't have anything else I can test it on.

All have looked fine apart from the 1px shorter combo box, which is barely perceptible - see the commit log for details on a more involved solution.

The shorter border is a no go. Plus, the final patch needs to be tested on Mac OS X as well.
Comment 7 Eclipse Genie CLA 2019-09-06 17:56:06 EDT
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
