When I checked out the JS runtime project, I found a "duplicate case" error in /org.eclipse.edt.runtime.javascript/runtime/egl/jsrt/BaseTypesAndRuntimes.js

The switch in function egl.convertAnyToBigint has two cases for 'B'.

I just checked in a possible fix (removing the second one) because I needed to change the plugin's manifest as I work out some build problems, and I can't release from plugins with errors.  Please review my change.
