In 0.8.X as of revision 5248, if an element (eg a port) of a block shown in the block's compartment on the BDD is moved to another block by D&D in the model explorer, the compartment is not updated, and the element still seems to belong to the original block, eventhough it doesn't anymore.
It should be removed from the original block's compartment.

Could not reproduce, can you add some details about which element / compartments are concerned ?
