When the user has chosen the "ask resource when needed" strategy to load the sub models, on large models he/she may experience the question "Do you want to load model XXX"? a number of times. It is very tedious to always say "yes" or "no" when the question appears more than 10 times.
It would be nice to get two other buttons to say "yes for all" and "no for all" once.

ask strategy has been modified,
tab refresh works now when Eclipse is starting,
Yes for all and No for all has been implemented

The choices of the user are now cleared when the editors closes. The notifications created are also deleted when the editor closes
