CDATA won't work with marshal to contenthandler method.  We should

1- During marshal see if the contenthandler also implements lexicalhandler and if yes than pass it along (instead of null).

2- Modify SAXDocumentBuilder to implement LexicalHandler



To recreate go to test
package org.eclipse.persistence.testing.jaxb.externalizedmetadata.mappings.directcollection.DirectCollectionMappingTestCases

and delete the empty testObjectToContentHandler method
