When pushing changes from a new branch you can now choose where you want to push them: to an existing branch or to create a new one. This is great. However, the dialog doesn't say which branch already existing on the remote and which one is going to be created.

We ask the server for a list of possible branches. First we need server to mark those branches that doesn't exist yet.

I ran into this scenario yesterday. Fortunately the new branch was at the top, so I figured out what was going on, but I agree that there should be something in the UI that makes it clear that the branch doesn't exist yet. For a moment I thought, "that's weird, someone else created a remote branch with the same bug name!"

Done. I assume that if remote branch doesn't have Id that it doesn't exist and I mark it as new branch.
