Prefined p2 repository locations should be updated to point to Juno sites:

* http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/juno
* http://download.eclipse.org/releases/juno

Is the e4 update useful (http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11) or is that covered by the platform site?
