The "Launch as RAP application" button creates a launch config based on the product. If a launch config already exists from earlier launches, it is started. When I have 2 different products that I launch consecutively, the same launch config is reused. I expect 2 different launch configs as in the RCP application case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 product files
2. On the first product file hit "Launch as RAP application", then stop it again. Customize the created launch config, i.e. by setting a name
3. On the second product file, hit "Launch as RAP application". Notice, that the launch configuration from Step 2 is started.

Expected: For each product file a separate launch config should be created.
