For the sake of bug 353702 a plain login window has been made based on the previous html login form. It doesn't have full functionality:
1. OpenId providers list is hardcoded
2. Logins errors are not displayed

This should be fixed to consider bug 353702 fully completed.

branch bug353702 merged to master. Marking this bug fixed. The list of OpenID providers is still hardcoded, but I don't think it is bad.
