When a new Part or Reference is created in the browser or on BDD (and later on IBD), a "Part or Reference type initialization" dialog opens.
When trying to select an existing type, a sub-dialog opens, but it is not the tree-based type selection dialog used in property pages. It is the old flat EMF-inherited selection dialog, which is not very user friendly.

Fixed in r5352 (0.8.1) and r5353 (trunk).
