Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity artifact and class diagram.
2. Add entity on class diagram
3. Select entity in Tigerstripe explorer and add 'Person' annotation (annotation that can be added to the artifact only once) 
4. Check that annotation is displayed in annotation property view
5. Select entity on class diagram and open annotation property view

See that 'Person' annotation is not displayed in annotation property view

Now the same annotations are displayed in TS explorer and on class diagram.
