Steps:
1. Synchronize a branch
2. Pin synchronization
3. Restart

While CVS synchronizations are persisted the EGit synchronizations are lost on restart.

This is a critical bug which causes lost work. I compiled a complicated synchronization across 8 repositories and pinned it, just to notice it's gone in the next session!

Same problem for me, version 1.3.0.201202151440-r
Really annoying to have to reconfigure everything on each restart

What the requirements for this patch ?
I apply it on v2.0.0.201206130900-r tag and rebuild egit, but pinning is lost after restart too.
