In controls demo go to tab "Text". Click "set as Default Buttton". Click an SWT styleflag. Application crashes.

This is a side-effect of changing the ShellLCA to use protocol. WidgetUtil.getId is called with null because there is not prior check.

Fixed in CVS HEAD by checking control before getting the id.
