After spending a considerable amount of time working on bug 298494 and numerous discussion with James, we should look into amalgamating the rebuildOn and twistedForBaseAndContext methods into a single method. These methods are essentially performing the same operation/function when normalizing or rebuilding EclipseLink expressions.
