replacement modules file

I just happened to notice the modules file in the Tools cvs, 
/home/data/cvs/tools
is out of date and most modules list there can be removed ... all except the cdt one.

adding Doug ... in case good time to change cdt module? Is that still used? Helpful?

I've applied your patch, and checked in the changes.

I suspect we'll soon need to remove the cdt entry as they are(have) moving(moved) to git.
