Reproduce by opeing the following url in the internal browser (browser view works) and then closing the part: http://fogbugz.stackexchange.com/questions/8474/why-do-i-suddenly-have-access-to-fogbugz-7-3-6

Note that this did not happen with IE 8

This is the same as bug 354640 (the Browser execute()s a line of JS at shutdown).  Marking at duplicate.
