"Add Block Comment" misses a keybinding on the Mac. Bug 113981 removed it due to conflicts, but we should find another free shortcut.

Fix

Add/Remove Block Comment on the Mac is now Ctrl+Command+/ and Ctrl+Command+\

This doesn't work for some international keyboards, but that's the same unresolvable problem on all platforms, see bug 73017.

Fixed in HEAD.
