Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Add Person Annotation for Entity
3. Selected annotation in Annotation Property View.
4. For 'name' property click on 'value' column and try to add person name.
See that text is not displayed and dropdown list is also empty. 
5. Try to add phones or emails in appropriate fields.
See that it is not possible to add text in value or description columns

It's not a bug. To set a name use "Create" in dropdown list. Description column is read only.
