The action of "import package from file" can be reached only one time and is not succefull. If we want to import another package from file it's not possible to do it again. We must restart Eclipse to import again. Thus, it is impossible to call operations reused from other models.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on SysML model in the model explorer view
2.Select "import package from file"
3.Nothing happened...

OK for this bug
