The Orion product can currently only be updated monolithically, we should restructure the internal p2 dependencies so that we can update the server and client independently.

Sounds useful in theory, but often client changes depend on corresponding server changes to work properly. If we make use of this, we'll have to be really careful that the new client will still work properly on the old server (or vice-versa).
