The code templates are written to produce correct EGL code for RBD EGL. Because of the language changes, some of them are not appropriate for EDT. All the templates needs to be reviewed and refined.

org.eclipse.edt.ide.ui/templates/eglcoredefault-templates.xml

Tony, I have updated the templates file.  I commented out the things we don't support yet, so it will be easy to add them back later.

I didn't touch the SQL statement templates.  They will need to change once Tim finishes the design for SQL in EDT.

I also updated org.eclipse.edt.ide.ui\templates\eglruidefault-templates.xml which contains the templates for RUIHandler & RUIWidget
