Description Paul Webster CLA 2011-08-10 18:27:10 EDT
The .gitignore should be updated for R3_7_maintenance, and ideally R3_6_maintenance, R3_5_maintenance, and R3_4_maintenance

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #354429 +++

My new Java files for the tests/org.eclipse.e4.core.tests/ bundle does not appear to be showing up. It does not get the '?' decorator in Eclipse and 'git status' on the command line gives me nothing. The project root works and the src/ folder works though.

Remy, Oleg can help with this one.

John, we noticed that you made the change in master (bug 354429 comment 7). Do you think we need the same change in the maintenance branches? (And could you do it if so ? :-))
Comment 3 Remy Suen CLA 2011-08-12 10:14:24 EDT
I also noticed I deleted the 'core.*' from the UI repositories too (whereas John only deleted the 'core' entry). I don't think this actually matters.

Well, I hope anyway...

Please put the core.* back ... that's the JVM cores.

Oh, so that's what they're for...

I have made the change in 3.7, 3.6, and 3.5 maintenance. A good opportunity to practice cherry-pick...
