Build Identifier: 20110808

In RBD, source validation occurs as you type in the editor.
In EDT, the validation only occurs on a Save.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new program.
2. Delete the final end
3. There is no error until a Save.
