Rarely will a team of programmers agree on formatting options such as tabs vs. spaces, opening curly brackets on newlines, and other options. It would be nice if the user could set one "profile" of options for editing, and another for saving/committing.

Thanks.

Reproducible: Always

What are you programming in? Java? C/C++?
Comment 2 Dotan Cohen CLA 2011-08-11 03:30:45 EDT
Mostly Java in Eclipse. However, could this feature not be implemented for all the languages that the IDE supports?
