In order to promote a build to the release train, one has to:
1. kick a build on Hudson https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/tycho-gmp.gmf.tooling/
2. ssh to dev.eclipse.org
3. > cd /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/gmf-tooling/updates
4. > rm -rf milestones
5. > cp -r dev-snapshots/ milestones
6. > chown -R :modeling.gmp.gmf-tooling milestones
