When invoking the new team wizard while a team class is selected
the wizard correctly offers to use that team as the enclosing for
the new team. However, if the adjacent checkbox is noch checked,
the new team should be created as a toplevel class of the enclosing
package.

We simply forgot to read the check box in two places. Fixed.
