It is not possible (really hard) to get virtual keyboard to show when tapping to the right of a line (blank space). Sometimes pressing and holding the finger shows it, but not always.

There are situations are the editor scrolling stops working. When the user presses and move the finger around, the whole page scrolls instead of just the editor.

Mcq, I release changes that should fix some of these  problems. Please give it a try.

Another case where scrolling stops working:

- show virtual keyboard
- scroll to the bottom of the file

I am not able to scroll up anymore. Cannot change caret location either.

Workaround: hide keyboard and show it again by clicking on the editor.

These issues have been fixed by the changes to use the contentEditable support available in iOS5.
