Build Identifier: 

1. Create a Tigerstripe Model project 
2. Create two entities A and B and association between them
3. Create Class diagram and add entities and association on the diagram
4. Select association on the diagram and select 'Convert to Association class' in dropdown menu
See that Association class is not appeared on the diagram and error is displayed:
Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.eclipse.tigerstripe.workbench.ui.diagramrendering".
