I noticed that Mylyn tooltips show a lot of padding after updating to Eclipse 3.8M1 (see screenshot).

Steps:
1. Open Mylyn Task List
2. Select Task
3. Press F4

I am using Ubuntu 11.04: libgtk2.0-0 2.24.4-0ubuntu2

I cannot reproduce this issue. Given the age of the bug, I am going to close this. Please file a new bug against Oxygen if the issue pops up again.
