When the extension point org.eclipse.wst.server.ui.serverCreationWizardPageExtension is used and you are using content assist for the host name. E.g typing localhost choosing the content assist leads to disabled Next Button.

Can you try out on the latest 3.3.1 driver?

After fixing bug 34934 and bug 352197, this problem should be solved.  I tried the scenario and cannot reproduce the problem anymore.  If you can still reproduce it, please specify the exact steps for reproducing the problem.
