what version of PDT do you use? Do you have the PHP nature in your project?
It works ok on my end...

On my "Installed Software" tab it says:

PHP Development Tools (PDT) All-In-One SDK	2.2.1.v20101001-2300-5307A53J1WES8NJVkObW_QMdYo7O	org.eclipse.php.all.feature.group

I assume this is the latest as it also says I am up to date.

Yes, the project has PHP nature.

PHP Interpreter is set to 5.3.

Is there anything else I could check?

PDT 3.0 has been released and 2.2.1 is pretty old...

Can you please try using the new version and confirm that this is fixed?

Thanks!

Certainly I will do that! Sorry I did not know that 3.0 is available. Why is it when I "Check for Updates" it says everything is up to date?

Looks that status was not changed by accident.
