Currently, the Test Result Viewer uses the BIRT chart engine feature to display the pie chart, which requires the feature to be installed.

If this feature is not installed, then user should not see any error thrown. 
rather, they will see a message:

You need to install xxxx feature in order to display the statistic information in a pie chart.

verified on 2011/11/11/0901's build
